Let Go of Negativity and Breathe in the Good Stuff...
It's hard to find our grounding in normal times let alone during a pandemic. People's anxiety and depression are worse than ever... I know my own anxiety has been heightened since March. There are so many scary things happening on our TV and phone screens every minute of every day. Finding a moment each day to ground ourselves, whether it's meditation, reading a poem or verse from the bible, listening to music or taking a long walk, we can inhale the good shit and exhale the bullshit.
